The lobe, at about 1 to 2 out of 10. Snug and industrial piercings are usually rated highest, at about 6 to 8 out of 10.
A lobe is fully healed in about 2 to 3 months. Helix, flat and tragus take about 6 to 9 months, and rook, conch and daith 6 to 12 months. Snug and industrial take 9 to 12 months.
